Change management and innovation in the international public sector are fundamental but hard to achieve due to the peculiarity of the context, conflicting interests and multiple stakeholders involved. Ever more, change and innovation pertain to changes in strategies, structure, relationship with stakeholders and overall performance, as well as changes in the necessary managerial skills.

The training, crafted to the needs of Mid‐level HR Practitioners, examines how innovation strategies are designed and implemented, and introduce participants to the fundamental characteristics of a successful negotiation process grounded on the capacity to “read” and manage network dynamics.
