Leonardo Caporarello, PhD, is the Director of the Learning Lab at SDA Bocconi School of Management and SDA Professor of Leadership & Managerial Development and Director of BETA, the Educational Innovation Center of Bocconi University. Leonardo has a long and broad experience in designing and teaching graduate and executive education programs, and he’s also a faculty member of the Global Executive MBA at SDA Bocconi School of Management, where he’s the coordinator of organizational design, and negotiation courses. He got a specialization on Negotiation at the Harvard Law School. Leonardo has been visiting professor at the Keio University in Tokyo (Japan) and Fudan University in Shanghai (China) and visiting scholar at the Michigan State University (USA). His research is on the organizational behavior area, and his teaching and advising projects are in the areas of change management, business negotiation, organizational rethinking and restructure. He is involved, as coordinator and/or faculty, in a number of executive education programs with many companies, e.g. ENI, Boehringer Ingelheim, Finmeccanica, Pirelli, Bank of Italy, Intesa SanPaolo, Unicredit Group, Mediolanum, AXA, Barclays, Eurocontrol. Leonardo published in journals and books, at both national and international level. Recently he edited a new book on “Negotiation” (Milano: Egea, 2015) and co‐authored the second edition of the book “Team management” (Milano: Egea, 2015).
