Sunita is a Certified Executive Coach, (ICF), Trainer, Facilitator and Consultant. She provides services to international companies in the banking, finance, media, NGOs, pharmaceuticals and FMCG industries, at all management levels. She is based in Geneva and works in the US, India, China, the Middle East, Africa and Europe.
The overriding driver in her career is getting people to realize their true potential. She is an expert in “helping people to get out of their own way”
Her rich and diverse background, (she is Indian, British and Swiss) allows her to deeply connect and understand her clients whatever their background and wherever they are operating in the world.
She has a Psychology background specializing in Occupational and Developmental Psychology and a Post Graduate in the Development and Training of Adults from the UK. In addition, she holds a Masters in Human Resources, Coaching and Career Management from the Geneva School of Economics and Management Geneva. She went on to obtain the Intercultural Competence Train the Trainer certification in Frankfurt. Besides this she has also completed an ICF NLP Coaching Certification in Mumbai and is an accredited Insights MDI Consultant.
Besides her many prestigious clients Sunita is a Leadership and Team coach at IMD Business School in Lausanne. She is also a Visiting Professor at the Geneva School of Economics and Management, University of Geneva, where she teaches Intercultural Management and Negotiation Across Cultures at Masters level. She is also the Diversity and Inclusion Train the Trainer, Facilitator and Coach at Facebook HQ.
Sunita is a regular contributor to the Swiss Style Magazine for Leaders, Hello Switzerland, Helios Media, CIPD and Know It All Geneva. In her free time, Sunita is a Mentor for the Richard Branson Centre of Entrepreneurship and the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women. Furthermore, she is a proud member of the School in The Cloud Team empowering children to engage in self-organized learning.
