HR Program Manager, Compensation, Performance and Rewards, World Bank Group
Thomas (Tom) began his World Bank Group Human Resources career in 2009. Since joining HR, Tom has worked as an Officer in HR Strategy & Analytics, as a Business Partner responsible for HR service in Latin America and most recently as Program Manager in the Compensation, Performance and Rewards front office, focusing on change initiatives and stakeholder engagement. In this role, Tom is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of the programs designed in the unit and synthesizing this work in support of the Employment Value Proposition (EVP). Prior to this HR experience, Tom worked as a consultant and advisor with the IFC, the private sector arm of the World Bank Group, in support of IFC’s Advisory Services business in Latin America & the Caribbean. Tom has an MBA in International Business from George Washington University and lives in the Washington, D.C. area with his wife and two children.
